My husband is an illegal "alien" Human Being about to be deported

Hello my name is cheryl. My husbands name is Hector and he is being detained by ice now almost 6 months in Irvin county Ga. He was pulled over for a speeding ticket in cobb county. and spend thirty days there first then they took him to alabama and now Irwin county which is about 3and 1/2 hours from atlanta. Here is our problem/ about 3 months ago my husband was going voluntarily deport. The judge who is over his case I assume was out of town > Another was in his place. When my husband told her he was going to voluntarily deport. I imagine while looking over his case saw he has been here 12 yrs and married to a US citizen. She told him there was very good chance he would be able to stay with no return to mexicoand then back like we had planned as we filed now 130 well the next court the regular judge was back so he filed application for cancellation of removal and adjustment of status for non permanent resident & I-797C and we have in the the I30 or 130 for pettion for relative. Both have been turned into immigration before this last hearing he had. He has no felony or criminal record of any kind other than entering the country illegally and not paying taxes as neither of us knew how to go about doing that when he was illegal. I took a form into his boss and I-9 to fill it out for me and he did but never sent it off. he does and that identification . but once again he was afraid of being deported. We both worked at the city cafe downtown chattanooga I had to quit 2 yrs ago due to anxiety attacks drom stress and also arthritis in my hands. So he has been my sole provider. We have been married 6 yrsnext april.now since he cancelled hi voluntary deporting because the judge told him something different now he is facing removal with no return for 10 yrs.he said i need a lawyer i told him it isnt fair that he give that 10 yrs when he was going to deport but the other judge gave him hope he didnt haVE TO GO. How can he do that it is not his fault he would have been back here by now had he gone . and now your telling me no return 10 yrs what am i suppose to do to live . i have no money left everything we have since he has been gone is gone . i borrowed 2000 dollars from my mother not at one time but she helped me with the bills my mother is 67 yrs old and had to get a job so she could help me. im about to be thrown out of my home. And Mexico is so bad my never wanted to go Back I wont go cos im scared. The judge said i can appeal his decision but i need legal advice. cos im not dying or handicaped bed ridden that is not a strong enough reason for him not to have to return. So he said he will waive the ten yr return if we pay 900 for plane ticket to mexico/ my husband doesnt have passport to return to mexico or id except his birth certificate / i dont know what he needs . But I was told before that if he has and kind of application working they can not deport him i dont know if that is true . And i dont want to take risk he will go back and wont be allowed to return as soon has his paper work is back. Maybe to a judge that make so much money its not enough reason for him to stay and he dont care that will be without home for him to return to/, I just need help please help me i dont have much time he only gave me 20 days to get the plane ticket and documents for his return back to mexico and to file sppea; if that is what we choose to do .  yesterday oct 19 2011 was he denied by the judge of cancellation to voluntarily deport and judgement to be removed and no return for 10 yrs unless i met his demands I DONT HAVE 800.00 I JUST GAVE THE LAST 355.00 FOR PETITION my rent is pass due of 765.00 with 200 water bill and 160 phone bill . thought im not going to give up trying to find the money and anyway i can so he can he can return before 10 yrs
