The false narrative for society is a choice between regulation and deregulation. The problem is, is that government actively protects banks and corporations from the people's justice system, under the guise of Corporate law. If "We the People" were able to take these entities to court and their theft and fraud were judged by a jury of citizens, banking and corporate theft would have real consequences and all other regulation would not be necessary.
